Entry fee
Entry fee for each member of an official delegation is € 350 per person.
This fee is applicable for all delegations, including athletes, coaches, managers, head of delegations and other officials connected to each team.

Guest fee
Fee for guests/supporters in excess of the official delegation is € 180.
This fee is for additional guests arriving with the teams and staying at the official hotel.
The fee includes airport transfers, shuttle service, bus transfer to and from the farewell party as well as access to the farewell party

Extra fee
There will be a 80€ charge for other visitors and unregistered guests wanting access to the farewell party.
There will be a 80€ charge for other visitors and unregistered guests wanting access to our transport services.

Payments of entry fee, guest fee and extra fee must be made to: Lövvang Bowling Center.

Fee will be invoiced directly to the federation and must be paid before the championship begins.

Payment information
All fees (including hotel accommodation) must be fully paid at the payment due date (shown at the invoice)
After receipt of forms A to D, an invoice will be issued and sent to each participating federation.
The invoice will include bank information and state the total amount as well as the deadline for payment.

All invoicing will be made in Danish kroner as that is the official currency in Denmark (1 € = 7,6 Danish kr.)

Cancellation and changes policy
Cancellation/changes of booked rooms is free of charge until 95 days before the arrival date
Cancellation/changes of booked rooms between 94 days and 30 days before the arrival date will be subject to 50% refund.
Cancellation/changes of booked rooms less than 30 days and more than 4 days before the arrival date will be subject to a 25% refund.
Cancellation/changes of booked rooms less than 4 days before the arrival date will NOT be refunded in any way (no matter reason)
